„St. Nikolay the Wondermaker” Church, Berkovitsa

The temple was built in 1871 by the master George Dzhongar. It was built with stone blocks; on some places it was incorporated processed stone. Later, the building survived two construction periods that had enriched its architectural forms. In 1898 the bell tower was built. The iconostasis is broken up, bent in the center to the apse, and the motives are determined in flat and schematic mode.
