Museum "Kastravitsa", Desa, Dolj district

It is the only private museum in Oltenia. It has been created by cultural association "Kastravitsa" and its two expositions are exposed at the home of Marin Oprishyan - history teacher in Desa. In the basement there are two rooms - a kitchen and a bedroom, in a typical Oltenia style. The museum can be visited every day.
